Kim Newlen
Founder and President of Sweet Monday®

Kim is a devoted wife, mother, speaker, author and volunteer brimming with enthusiasm and encouragement. A former schoolteacher and staff member for Campus Crusade for Christ, Kim has a God-given heart for women. Even after a dozen years, Kim continues to host 30-70 women for Sweet Monday in her home with "First Timers" almost every month. Hosting Sweet Monday is so simple she has never dreaded it!
Kim has been featured in Today's Christian Woman, Just Between Us, Family Circle,
spoke at Lead Like Jesus and was interviewed by the Moody
Midday Connection and the 700 Club. Kim was featured on
the "Sweet Monday Minute" which aired on American
Family Radio in Central Virginia (WAUQ 89.7 FM) for several

Kim and her husband, Mark (former University of Virginia
basketball player), live in Richmond, Virginia, with their
daughter, Kali, a college student.
